Nose after 1 hour decanting was very suttle black currant with leather. First taste was bold fruit with little length. Very much like a immature Cali Zinfindel. Once it opened up some more and accompanied by NY strip and rosistto the boldness reduce and back end tabacco finish appeared. I can appreciate the process used to ferment in concrete vats has not masked the fruit with wood or smoke undertone.

Spot on by-the-glass from Zazie. Awesome value, of course from Lirac, with precise and transparent dark fruit, spice, and an anything-but-heavy-handed feel, this is so good.
