Great Normandy funk. Not as bubbly as I'd like, but great toasty yeast

Typical poopy nose - ok apple flavor a - a little bronzey - lacquer finish.

Hella dry and a little *too* Norman but like, I fuck with this

Perfect with apple brined pork chops with calvados-mustard-cidre reduction

Farm like aromas

Only slightly funky pretty clean on the palate. Aromas of mustard greens, herbal notes, pears. Flavors of pears and spicy acidity.

A little Brett makes this cider quite interesting.

Great dessert cider! Sweet, but subtle and smooth. Very light bubbles. Rosé colored. Holiday pot luck with friends.
