Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a couple hours. The 2017 M-S-D Blanc pours a straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with fascinating notes of champagne cake, Comice pear, lemon zest, almond, and limestone earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long; laden with limestone minerals and grippy. Almost as if it is tannic! This is such a distinctive wine. I’m in love. Drink now through 2032.

Always exciting to drink Dujac. At first a little disappointed it was the blanc but not for long. Very pure and complex. I thought it was good 1er Chablis

Feb 1st, 2016Impatto olfattivo non proprio pulito, con giusta attesa si apre poi a sentori agrumati e di fiori bianchi. Il passaggio in legno caratterizza il profilo con note fumè al naso e di vaniglia in bocca.

Fresh bright a delicious... Lime blossom, white flowers, just ripe peach and nectarine with crushed limestone minerality ... Great now but will be even better in a few years.
