A deeply complex wine and an excellent off vintage success showing power, grace, focus and a great representation of its terroir. Sweet red cherries, hibiscus, damp soil and exotic spices. Although perhaps not quite as structured and long as I imagine 2005 would be, this was truly a terrific showing.

Wow, this is beautiful! An infusion of Pinot, can't believe it's 2004... But it's Dujac, who really excelled with this challenging vintage.
