Beautiful transparency, but also very ripe with great fruit density. Raspberry and brambley herbs, slight perception of sweetness. Clean as a whistle.

Needs more time. Still a little austere. Dark red fruit and mineral.

Lovely plush plums. iron, and violets on the nose. Rounded edges. Nice depth and tang. Pure.

Delicious, especially in the age of global warming, where certain wine-growing regions (like Beaujolais) are suffering more than others. Deep plummy, dark cherry fruit, a mineral, granitic stank, and a dark floral note on the nose. On the palate the ripe fruit is balanced with more forceful acids than I expected. Really good concentration, soft texture but with some soft tannin at the end, and a long, clingy finish. Love this!

A few years ago bought several bottles thinking I could medium age a few while I dipped in and out of tasting them. Now only one bottle left. Oops. I like best how its drinking now, has a nice acidic snap, had a broad, ungainly tomato-ey tone which now feels fresh & terroir specific, ie, red fruits incl wild raspberries & strawberries. Has the Beaujo straightforwardness I cherish. Weygandt imp.

Bought several & have laid them down for some medium aging- still tightly wound but appreciate its deep, black curranty goodness which is starting to open up. Some length. Mineral coating. Nothing like other Fleuries Ive had- something pensive & thought provoking here, like the older brother of a fun loving, more typical beaujo villages. Hope I can space my bottles out-pic is of a 2012 since I forgot to snap pic

All coiled energy, just needs time. Tasted over 3 days. More on mineral side than cherries/strawberry, to my taste. Weygandt imp.

Second go around and even better this time. Salty blueberry, pomegranate, stones and deep dense, meaty fruit. A generous bottle that keeps on giving.

Super dense. Tasty wine with a lot of life left in it, but doesn't say much about where it's from. Speaks more, perhaps, of the vintage.
