Stage 12 of #tourdefrance 2017 leaving Pau. A simple Gascogne white goes well with Tarbais bean soup. Light, grassy, and refreshing but basic.

Interesting blend of 45% Ugni blanc, 35% Columbard, 10 sav blanc, and 10 gros manseng. Med bodied, mineral bite to it, a little citrus and pear. Decent acidity and low alcohol ( 10.5). For $10, good stuff.
