Lovely green apple, pear, lemon and chalky flint notes. Crisp but well balanced acidity - refreshing with enough flavor to stand up to well-seasoned dishes (I had it with mussels with shallots and herbs). Long finish - great example of village Chablis.

Good Chablis but feels a bit lightweight. Would like a bit more flavour intensity, more chalkiness, tad more acid. It's got balance but something feels like it's missing.

A fresh, well fruited (by Chablis standards) wine. Decent minerals and acidity. Nothing remarkable but enjoyable none the less.
