Really nice. Bright, clean, apple, lemon curd, crushed rocks, slightly oily mouthfeel, great acid.

Pale lemon with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and sweet floral notes, a blend from four different vineyard parcels in Chichee. On the palate flavors of apple, melon and lemon citrus with notes of honey and floral. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity and ends with mineral character.

Lovely green apple, pear, lemon and chalky flint notes. Crisp but well balanced acidity - refreshing with enough flavor to stand up to well-seasoned dishes (I had it with mussels with shallots and herbs). Long finish - great example of village Chablis.

What Great basic Changes! Green apple, lemon, flint, wet stone - it’s a low-key classic, crisp acidity and a great food wine

Good Chablis but feels a bit lightweight. Would like a bit more flavour intensity, more chalkiness, tad more acid. It's got balance but something feels like it's missing.

A fresh, well fruited (by Chablis standards) wine. Decent minerals and acidity. Nothing remarkable but enjoyable none the less.

Sweet and light, fruity and full of flavour.
Best lightly chilled. Was over chilled - second glass was better.
Also better on its own in order to fully appreciate the flavour - not with food.
