strong mushroom nose, sour cherry, sandalwood, ash, smoky. Still going strong. Over-delivered for sure

Most tannic red burg I've ever had. Wouldn't have guessed it as Pinot blind. Interesting.

Crushed dark berries, brown spice, damp earth.

Red and black cherry, damp earth, nice grip and acidity on the finish.

You can't beat the forest floor flavors of burgundy.

Bretty, sour, crummy. What a dumb wine.

Thoroughly unimpressed, this falls on the mediocre side of the 2007's.

Classic red fruits - raspberry and cherry - pretty and high toned. Soil, forest floor, wet leaves, mushrooms dominate. Nice tannic grip and high toned acids. Great.
