At first opening there seemed to be no life. 2 hours later the nose was buzzing with mature and ripe red fruit and a touch of a tomato paste quality that was slightly intoxicating. Unfortunately the palate was lost though. #oregonwine #pinotnoir #domainedrouhin

A lot of fun. Very developed and past peak. Surprising acidity. Secondary flavors of cherry fruit leather, black pepper, wood, and some stewed fruit too.
