Changing lanes with this Oregon pinot. Spellbinding notes of dark chocolate and sandalwood on the nose. Wonderful poise and grace on the palette. The entry is soft and graceful with redcurrants, strawberries and rhubarb sailing on. Tannins and acidity are fused together nicely. A very elegant, precise showing which won’t evolve to a better place, so consume this vintage now.

One of the better DDOs I’ve opened in a long time. Purity is the word that pops to mind over and over again with this wine. Sings with bright red cherry fruit and has impeccable balance that you can’t poke holes in.

This bottle has aged beautifully - vibrant fruit and spice with elegance for days and no trace of any hard edges. Jackpot.

A mature, now is a good moment, very enjoyable, pretty, poised Pinot. No excess.

If this wine was a person it would be your great grandmother. The nose has a subtle funkiness that gives way to faint spice, cherry, and iodine. Brambly red cherry, assertive acid/mouthfeel, but still subtly sweet. Nearing the end of its run but still enjoyable nonetheless. Great gramma.

Feminine, elegant nose. Cherry along with stone, rose and violet notes. Tannin sticks out a bit on the palate, giving a nod to the aging potential.
