Chablis from Oregon. Very elegant and enjoyable. I tasted it immediately after a Chablis Grand Cru, which it is not. But still very good.

French influence comes through. Oak influence isn’t too much. A bit young right now and not showing a ton. I’d give it a few years before trying. Worth a try for those that like cool climate Chardonnay.
