I’ve had a few Beaujolais Blancs and they are quite similar to this point. All having a round mouthfeel with a earthy/baked fruit character. Acid is medium, with an apple note prevailing. Nice juice.

Surprisingly really good. Baked apple, ripe pear, blossom and a little oaky vanilla. Nice!

Fresh and mineral. A bit like a sunny Chablis. Quite nice, but it fell a bit short when we tasted it next to a rich and tasteful dish with smoked salmon, lentils and green asparagus.

Pale lemon color with medium aroma intensity, soft and creamy with notes of apple, lemon, ripe pineapple with a delicate oak spice of vanilla and popcorn. High acidity, dry with a soft, elegant palate suggesting flavours of apple, lemon, honey and vanilla. Elegant deliciousness.
