Ruby/garnet tinge to this Pinot. Black cherry, black currant with spice. Great cherry flavors with a cedar finish.

Elegant, and faily acidic. We let this decant for about 2hrs to let it open up a little bit. There was not a whole lot of structure to it - very different than one might expect from a Napa/Russian River Valley/Oregon Pinot Noir... not a fruit forward at all; however, it was light and loaded with spice, clove, anise, minerality, and earthy notes. It was certainly interesting to try and compare Burgundy to New World Pinot Noirs.

Amazing, ripe but not overbearing fruit upfront with some clear wood notes coming through. Great structure with soft silky tannins.

Surprisingly pleasant Pinot, plenty of fruit, a little steely backbone... reminds me of richer Burgundy vintages, like '09 and '10. Very good.

Disappointing. Thin, slightly acidic, mercaptan note.

I liked it a lot for an easy glass of wine without a purpose, I'd have it again
