Still way young. This one needs at least two more years before popping open again.

Ultra delicate nose, lemon lime palate, screaming high acidity, alas lacking the complexity I’d expect from a 1er cru

A feral and minerally take. Fruit? We don’t need no stinking fruit! Lengthy and brothy and stony in the mouth. Nice acids. Would be a dynamite counterpoint to sweet shellfish such a grilled shrimp or seared scallops. I’m having it with football.

UPDATE: This held up and indeed improved over two nights (kept in the fridge). Lively, lemon-tinged fruit was much more present on those nights.

More oak that expected for 1er Cru, lemon peel, tart green apple, and almond. Few more years to integrate fully.

A very nice drinking young Chablis. Nice sense of place with classic flavors and balance.

Needs to warm up and get some air time, but when it does it's a wine of notable delicacy and purity. Lively nose of bright lemon-lime, underripe peach, and river stones. Soft and lacey textured, it's quite pure tasting and has a growing chalky minerality in the finish. Very good acidity. Have to remark on the color too, which is a really luminous light green/gold. Distinctive.

2014 Vintage. 13% Alcohol. Lots of acidity and citrus loved it.

Light to medium yellow, nose of green apple, white pepper, mineral, lime zest, and Meyer lemon, medium body, vivid acidity, chalky, tastes of lime juice, grapefruit, mineral, pistachio, lemon skin, nice elegant finish.
