Well tonight let's change things up a bit and get away from the norm. I am trying this Sparkling Vouvray. I love Chenin Blanc and in a sparkling wine has just intrigued me. The nose is very expressive with notes of peach, tropical fruit, candied pineapple and white flowers. On the palate the bubbles are not over powering which I really like with notes of peach, pineapple, green apple and fresh yeast. A truly enjoyable and fresh clean drink.
