Eicelenci Blanc Châteauneuf-du-Pape

good representation of quality CdP #Blanc with honey, wax, & spice. Will age well & turn out better than nice.

2012 blend of Roussanne, Clairette & Grenache ( which is very good but still need time to show full potential) it is focus on old vines, and with low So2, vinification are made in barrels. Grenache egg in a concrete tank. An intense wine with smart oaky touch, refined and complex, and great aromatic and spicy classic from the Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Liquid gold by way of wax, honey suckle, bruised apple

Peach. No bitter taste. @2000, tatong, 190714

floral, opulent, balanced, hazelnut beauty

Round, creamy chateau Neuf white. For a white it tastes much better after decanting for 30 min. Opens up with buttery earthy mushroom notes. Goes beautifully with some creamy Epioisse type cheese. Certainly a very nice food wine.

Nalys shines with their CdP blancs that should only get better with time.

More oak. Only barrel rosa inane grape
