Another little treat at the end off Fizztival and another Jura wine. This Macvin du Jura I really enjoyed. Lovely components and balance, and you really get a sense of the Marc used to fortify the wine... Lovely!

Another fine Jura!! This is fine in every respect! Sweet, but not overly sweet! White apricot and that sherry-like undercurrent! Limoux exquisite! Like candied lemon rind zest over a cultured guava! Sour Power's hippie sister!
