Delicious and care free. It makes me think I am wearing a tutu

Super light in color. Little bubble gum notes, but plenty of acidity to keep me happy in my summer of Rosé.

Lots of minerality. Good backbone.

Color is deceiving on this nearly colorless powerful richly complex Corsican (barely) rose’. Such concentration of flavor with unfolding layer upon layer. Aromas of watermelon, strawberry, fennel, basil, rosemary, and red delicious apple. Mouth is full bodied and round. Some honeyed almond notes with strawberry, more red apple, and rosemary. Long concentrated finish and made for food. I’m comfortable admitting Marquiliani makes two of the best rose’s I’ve ever opened.

My last bottle of 2016. Has the 2017 been released yet? Am I just in time?

Ephemeral watermelon balanced with enough acid. Beautiful (very) pale color. Delight.
