This is an Altesse a relatively rare grape variety. Minerally, floral, pretty good acidity.

Fresh and lovely Roussette, I have had a bad habit of holding some Savoie whites too long (10+ years), this bottle is in a great place, should age for 3-5 more years, but beautiful right now, lovely acidity and medium-weight, with very nice texture!!

Fresh, aromatic floral, mineral and white stone fruits, crisp, lively, lovely acid backbone, medium-bodied, medium-long finish, very good Altesse!!

Honey, pear, and green apple on the nose. Add in yellow apple on the palate.

This deserves higher ratings! I love Alpine whites. Never had Altesse before, but it reminds me of good Swiss Chasselas. Very dry of course, but distinctly mineral and mountainous with a fruity, elegant aroma.
