A light straw color with a greenish cast. This is a clean stony Chardonnay with a slight hint of oxidation in the nose. It has a big malic green acid acidity of the kind that I like but this acidity overwhelms the Chardonnay fruit.

leesey goodness. white miso, preserved lemon, mineral and mmm-mmm umami. great with sushi and fish tacos. could give some village Chablis a run for their money. (2012) #chardonnay #loire #kermitlynch

Hmm. Did not hold its own with food (grilled pork chops) but works much better as a sipper.

Buttery nose with just a hint of vanilla and fresh green. This hit my tastebuds with a beautiful combination of light classic steel Chardonnay notes around a structure of acidity and subtle minerality that I hope for in any white Loire wine. What a pleasant drinking experience for an altogether reasonable price!
