Vintage 2019 | 55% Mourvèdre, 25% Grenache, 15% Cinsault en 5% Carignan. 25 hl/ha. 18 months barrel aging. Much power, infanticide at this stage, well structured wine, to put away in the cellar. Paired with cranberrypaté and then with spiced spaghetti with tomatosauce, black olives and pecorino.

Chewy wine that definitely needs time to open and/or give it at least 5 years in the bottle. It was better 3 days after I opened it.

2019 vintage. Just as the 2018 vintage, the same, best of class for the price/QPR Bandol rouge. Bleeding delicious. You want to experience great, youthful Bandol rouge? Could pick much worse places than here.
