Vintage 2012 / mineral tones in smell, a shy impression of citrus. well balanced wine, powerfull, bitters overshadow the acidity. very powerful. #chateauneufdupapeblanc Paired with scallop shells and redfish in bell peppersauce. Fine luncheon.

Probably consumed too young but showed beautiful fruit and balance w/out being too rich or cloying.

Vintage 2012 - I keep trying but white Rhône is not my type of wine... it’s powerfull, but misses finesse in my opinion

Grenache blanc at its most stunning!

Muted and thin, then comes on like gangbusters. Fruit exploding on the mid palette. Chewy acids give the finish a long deep impression. Surprising. A magic act.
