Richebourg Pinot Noir

Tawny and translucent. Fragrant nose from the start. Fruit forward with notes of raspberries, cherry, sois bois, balsamic wood, violets and some menthol. Nice in the mouth, but on the dry side. This wine is all about the nose as the fruit has faded some.

A bit tight. Would always decant but it still never really got to that point of DRC erotic hedonistic pleasure for me

Somewhat disappointing. Closed? Will it ever unfurl?

Complex bouquet on the nose... Dried rose petals, salt, Asian spice. Expansive in the mouth. Tannins and acidity reflective of the vintage. 45+ second finish. Can still taste it.

Superb out of jeroboam...
