Round and creamy with bracing acidity. A slightly nutty, oxidized note, but it’s mostly a buttery lemongrass vibe. The only downside is that the finish was a bit hot for me, which was a shame since the mid-palate was so smooth. Great value 👍🏻

Bought this from charming man with the nice smile and the stuffed fox for 11.50 euros. 100% chardonney old oak. Ouille! Creamy, acidic, well balanced, fruity, modern.
