Light, crisp, and dry

Needs food. Mad saline and not too fun on it’s own

Floral. Fruity. Peach.

Lean and green wine with a great saline component. Green apple and pear flavors. Aged on the lees to give the wine body and a “lager-like” quality. Minerals on the cool finish. Great seafood wine!

Not a standout Muscadet, but fits the bill

Not bad and actually kind of worked with dim sum. They described it as "refreshing and creamy". Creamy is a stretch but I'll let it slide.

A little bitter, will be great with something salty

Good, not great

Great acidity. Great mineral and Briney tastes! Great with olives or raw oysters or clams.
