Much better than the previous bottle of this, which was a bit fat by comparison. (Storage issues at the store I imagine).

Vintage 2015 | great balance, razorsharp wine. Salinity. Paired with gamba’s and courgette spaghetti Bell peppersauce.

Lemon, grapefruit, sea salt, rocks, bitter finish. Does the job as a subtle and refreshing accompaniment. Also “the fat sheep” is one of the cuter wine names

Kind of obsessed with Muscadet right now. Poor mans (or woman in my case) burgundy!) lemon & rocks!

Very soft, not a lot of energy. Mediocre vintage for this wine.

Gras from the '15 vintage for sure.
