Juicy. Pencil shavings. Black peppercorn. Light bell pepper. Elegant and light bodied, silky, clay-ish tannins on a lengthy finish.

Smoky & spicy. Hits the spot with a Chèvre & garlic pizza. Acid frame comes to center with the food. On the lighter side of medium bodied, very good Cab Franc.

Very tight night 1. Opened nicely after, but only a moderate showing of what Cab Franc has to offer

Definitely old world cab franc. Good tannins. Strong mix of berries. Definitely what I would call earthiness and some green. Online found pairings for grilled pork tenderloin with rosemary, goat cheese, and quail. I like it, but overall seems a little off balanced like everything didn't come together. Try other years.

Showing beautifully, a little lighter than initially expected. Equal parts pyrizenes and raspberry bramble fruit.

Loved this. Lighter red with low acidity and tannins, it seems. We both definitely want to try more Cabernet Franc!

Slightly astringent with decent dark fruit to balance, a little pruney for me. Could you call it funky? Drink as a Burgundy alternative when in the mood for something a little different.
