Fabulous little cab franc, perfect balanced brightness and varietal character. I love this style of Cab Franc, ripened, but not ripe.

Pleasant, smooth, and fruit forward. Very clean and precise. Tasted like Beaujolais, in a good way. Lacked a bit of acidity and brightness, which I suspect may be due more to bottle handling than the wine production itself. Will try again.
