Starts off pretty soft & fruity but with time (esp. day 2!) the structure & minerality emerge.
Green apples, a touch of pear, a hint of exotic fruit and fresh hay.
On the palate this is a touch round and yet with nice, zippy acidity and stony, salty minerality. A touch of good depth, nice purity. A lovely wine.
Vezelay is clearly winning in the climate change.

This could go toe to toe with some 1er Cru wines from the best plots of CdBeaune. Fleshy yet bright. Great balance and a hint of stone on the finish.
