Mar 7th, 2019Lovey stuff - a little Brett on the entry that settles with air and gives way to rope raspberries and a bit of maraschino cherry. Subtle soil/mossy notes and a lovely mineralogy. Mouthwatering but not frankly acidic. Good drink.

Jan 16th, 2019Stinky delicious. Rustic and murky brown, but elegant. Smells like wet moss, damp mushrooms, and dried cherries and has a light effervescence with plenty of chalky minerals and red stone fruit. Good tannin and acid to accompany.

Dec 21st, 2018Smell of cinnamon, strawberry, and pepper. Vibrant light red, with a touch of brown. Glou-glou - light tannins, nice acidity, slightly effervescent, nice and funky. Apple pie wine!
