This wine has a sweetness that I loved - which kinda holds the alcohol, but not much in the aftertaste. Lots of wood and plum. Preeeety good for a young wine.

Blackberry nose... On the palate, that blackberry also includes blueberry and the firyness of pepper. I like it.

Start of hydrocarbides (burning tires) and then q festival of agrumes, lemon zest, ananas, peach and almond. Greasy, thick palate, with bitterness all around it (like peach core) . Fresh finish.

Mineral and blueberry notes. Great with meat. Big flavor.

Nice Rhône blend. Blackberry, black cherry, and blueberry fruit. A little black pepper with pretty strong acidity and tannins. This was good with a rich Christmas dinner— heirloom turkey slathered with butter and herbs and roasted, potatoes roasted in duck fat, and corn with bell peppers, cream and cheese. Yummy and a good price,

Stinky cheese aroma makes one hesitant. Probably better with food, like beef. Unique but not a sipping wine, which for someone who likes barnyard is surprising. Legs, centipedalesque. Strong tannin, dedication.

I tried this wine some months ago in Venasque, at the core of the Ventoux appellation, and I love it. Yes, it was mineral and funky, but very pleasant. Something might be wrong with this bottle, maybe this is the type of wine that doesn't travel very well, lots of off aromas and flavors.
