Pale lemon. Green apple, green pears, slightly floral, blossom. Highly aromatic. High acid, sharper on the palate, but still the same flavour, perhaps a lemon citrus. Medium + finish. Medium alcohol. Textbook chablis

This is a solid find for value, the trick here is let it open up for 4 hours or better yet a day. This allows for the fruit to come forward, the nose is a 9.1 at this time.

Rich, cheesy nose. Lemon dominates, getting nice salinity and wet granite. For $20, I'll drink this all the time!!
