Dark fruit with a decent body and medium tannins. Could've developed a bit more, but approachable now.

@Todd Abrams this bottle still has plenty of life. Not showing much loss of color or flavor. Lots of sediment with some nice tart cherry, peat bog and some slight nutty flavors. Thanks for digging this gem out

Not as taciturn as the Nuits-St.-Georges, but not really worth opening either. Rich, dense, and still showing green stem per the house style.
