Loads of ripe strawberry and watermelon fruit and a bit of nice steely minerality. Just a mouthful of ripe fruit but very low acidity. Needs to be well chilled, but very succulent.

Spicy strawberry on the nose, then minerality. A little acid. Great stuff, I think. Liz slightly less impressed. Would definitely buy this again; more my thing, like a Tavel.
