Fine grained acidity develops with air, producing notes of apricot, river stone, minerals, sweet fruit and some spice. Whereas this started strong and maintained its performance all day, the Dauvissat grew in power. Fun to contrast the two. 99 Coche across the portfolio has shown to be amazing.
