Nose is super lemony with lanolin, minerals and sea air. Smells like Chablis. Evocative and very expressive nose. Green apple as well. Maybe light pear. An iota though. Palate has great energy, acid and green apple fruit with a hint of juicy citrus and a very long finish. Succulent and invigorating wine.

Fresh, balanced, with nice energy. Some richness coming from the old wood yet there’s a fresh mineral juice streak.
Vibrant in the palate, with depth, purity & length. Not fruity, rather focused & with good tension.
A beautiful ‘basic’ Bourgogne.
