Blend of of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier from cool climate locations across Victoria’s high country including the Strathbogie Ranges, Whitlands Plateau and Upper Yarra Valley. Medium lemon color with aromas of stone fruits with a toasty nose. On the palate flavors of apple and peach flavors, soft mousse, creamy vanilla notes and good bubble flow, nice balance. Medium+ finish ending with fruit and biscuit character. Good value.

Very different than the one from the us. This was not as tart. Very light and smooth. I would classify more as a sparkling wine than a champagne. I fear it lacks flavor though. Mostly air and bubbles.

Fresh and lively with citrus and pear on the palate and finishes with toast and crème fraiche. Rating was probably higher since we were having it in the Sydney Opera House overlooking the harbor.

Not that great, overpowering dry aftertaste. Best for mimosas or as brunch champagne with not very intense food. Xmas 2020, with turkey dinner
