A JV between Champagne Taittinger & Kobrand established in 1987. Ruby color with full red & black fruit aromas. Aged for 10 months in oak, shows raspberry and black cherry flavors adding toasty oak and sweet spice. Medium-bodied Pinot has lively acidity and smooth tannins, great mouth-feel that brings this wine to a lingering finish.

A great evening at @GlassMonkeyYEG Another great #pinot from a great list of #pinotnoir One of the best wine menus we have seen in #YEG. After multiple rounds of great tapas Pinot is all you need. Enjoyable. I would tell you to check this place out, but I don't want to fight for reservations.
