Quaffable., perfect steak tartare wine.

Thin at first but showing nice complexity and a touch of elegance after 15 minutes of air.

White wine

2009. More moist earth than cherry jelly and a hint of something savory like bay laurel. Texturally a bit more simple and even compared with the pommard.

Smoky, meaty, with a miss in the mid and finish. Fun though. Great acidity.

Soft and somewhat simple, but starting to drink well

Opened up over a couple hours. Clean and pretty but still showing rustic notes. Cranberry, chalk, nutmeg, and strawberry. Acid driven with medium minus weight. Red fruits plus rhubarb and limestone on the palate. Plenty of length. Very enjoyable

2016よりもベリーと樽香の香りのバランスが良く、味わいも酸味が控えめな分旨味を感じ、ストラクチャーもいい感じ。旨い。

チェリーにスパイスのニュアンスが入った香り。飲むと酸味の後に旨味を感じるとともに少しエグ味が後を引く。
日に日に複雑味が増すのだが、飲むのが早すぎたかも。若い。

Light floral smoked cherry mineral goodness. Affordable compared to neighboring 1er Crus.
