I had this a few nights ago. I did not decant. My memory of precise flavor profile is not great, but lovely dark fruits, nice in the mouth, decent finish. If you like your burgundy bone dry, this isn’t for you. I really enjoyed it and think it’s very good quality at its price point. I’ll purchase again.

Lemon curd, elderflower, chalk dust, vanilla bean, hazelnuts. Rounded acid, plus mineral-oily texture, medium bodied, savory-floral-slightly briny finish. Oak dominated aromatics and palate, terroir shines once it blew off after 40 minutes. Beautiful chalky-floral notes, this one needs time in bottle or a patience in glass situation. Stunning once it hit its stride. Sampled on Flower day in Biodynamic calendar.

2013 vintage. Decent. A bit dilute for me. Not much concentration. But decent weekday wine with fish or chicken.
