Les Grézeaux Chinon Cabernet Franc

Starts out funky on the nose and with chewy tannins. I forgot I had this open. Came back to it 8 days later and it's drinking great!

First out of the bottle it's all stewed asparagus.

Not usually a Cab Franc fan, I love this wine. Leather, tobacco barnyard, a thing of beauty.

Distinctive and aromatic; underbrush, cedar, gravel, and suede. Inky fruit that may fill out in the mid palette with age.
