After a full day open, this was incredible. Very Northern Rhone Syrah-like in its profile, with less animal edge. Has the composure to go for a long time, but I love the prettiness of it now.

Very impressive amphora aged Mondeuse by Domaine Belluard in Savoie | Only 2% of their planted vineyard is Mondeuse and they make roughly 500 bottles of this... hard to get your hands on it!

The super rare Mondeuse from Belluard. Stunning. Crunchy, mineral, chalky tannins. Needs time to breathe, but fresh and pure with great depth.
