A chunky, blood warming Burgundy for coq au vin. While it wasn't the last word on complexity it was satisfying and moreish.

2022 vintage. Medium body. Showy and giving with a spice rack finish currently. How long it’ll last is anyone’s guess. Buy a few, hit one now to assess and appropriately stage the others bases on your assessment/preferences. 9.10.25.
