Medium ruby color. Strawberry, cranberry, toasted marshmallow, and baking spices. Medium + body, medium + acidity, with additional flavors of cassis and a hint of wet stone. Medium + finish. Exceptional Côte-d'Or for a guys night!

I couldn't wait to share a bottle with Cinnamon over roast chicken, and this dark, brooding, Gevrey like Fixin was perfect. Good 2011's drink great right now and this savory, structured bottle is definitely a great deal.

Sweet cherry, tar/asphalt. Lots of tannins and the legs just hug the glass dropping so slowly. Way too young but I wanted to test it out. TGIF !!
