Nice and interesting development here since my last bottle perhaps a year and a half ago. Then this was quite oily and one-note wine but now there were more acidic backbone and more nuances in the flavour. Interesting in a good way. Broad and big white still, though.

Spicy, floral, lychee, this is an absolutely stunning 10-year-old Grand Cru Gewurztraminer in a great place tonight, long, lingering finish, really fine!!
