Herrenweg Alsace Riesling

Was hoping for a bit more from this. Zippy white grapefruit and lime peel, hint of minerality. A decent wine but looking for more depth, especially after trying the killer Gewürztraminer

Lovely on the lemon (one) drop. If this is the mans way I see no Riesling not to take it.

Trop de sucres résiduels, dommage

Lemon curd and lychee. Bit of saffron. Bright acidity. Simple pleasures.
