Rare to have a bubbly that’s so fruity yet so dry. Would recommend.

Toasty and very delicious and savory. sourced from the producers who are pioneers of biodynamic production in Alsace.

A dressing sparkler , hint of #greenapple #lemon , bright acidity . Pleasant enough for a summer rooftop bbq, tho I would prefer something drier
