Fun wine. Olives and green pepper, cassis, meat, cedar, spice, tart plums and a touch of tobacco. Acidity really balances out the tannin. Rustic, rich, and soulful. Screams cheese and charcuterie

This changed more than almost any wine I have known over the course of 2 hours. Was like all structure and chalkiness and then it became a beautiful aged wine with tertiary notes. Awesome!
