Smells like walking on a rocky beach in Ireland. Nice salinity gives way to a faint angostura spiciness. Fucking great. — 17 days ago
Inky and dark. Needs at least an hour to open up. Rich black fruit, chocolate, mocha, perhaps subtle vegetal note. Grippy but not overwhelmingly tannic. Good structure with high acid. Very good now and probably for at least a few years. — 18 days ago
A little dry but light and fruity with an almost-savory but very satisfying finish. $11/glass — 4 days ago
Pepper, dark dried cherry and oak. Tannins definitely pull on your cheeks but are soft. — 17 days ago

This Argentinian Red Blend from the house of Dave Phinney is always enjoyable. Nicely balanced with nice complexity and a great mouthfeel.
This non vintage is probably on the way out now, but still very enjoyable. I kept it for 3 years to see how it evolves, and now I know it's better fresh. It started dying after an hour of airtime.
Good right out of the bottle and good for parties.
I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.
