Mostly tannat(!) with the rest cab franc and cab sauv. It smells almost Bordeaux like initially. The nose and palate are absolutely stunning; black currant, raspberry, hibiscus, wet mossy earth, herbal, almost startling in its high toned elegance. Still developing hours after opening. I wish I had more.

Red cherry, cranberry, and Violet. Great aromatic nose. M acid and body. M+ tannin but not intrusive. Long finish and the fruit lingers on the palate.

Surprisingly bright and pretty. With a serious tannat backbone.

Tannic, to say the least. Perhaps fruit will emerge in a few more years, but I'm not sure I'd bet on it.

2020 - Vintage - Really should have waited on this big tannic wine - some of the Cabernet Sauvignon comes thru the Tannat probably adds more structure and tannins

Huge wine in flavor. Dark cherries, a meatiness to it, went great with steak but it is really funky. Seems a bit too biodynamic or the trek across the sea hindered this one.

Deep earthy nose. Lots of mushrooms, peat, and minerality. Deep purple. Acidic and tannic with deep dark fruits.
